Turf management in football, Rugby and Golf has undergo major improvements since the nineties. Apart from the educational level increase and related certification the direct related industry/suppliers also made their contribution to this development. However there still seems to be a watershed between the traditional suppliers to the turf industry and those who are not.
Aqua Turf Design has evolved from a 30+ years’ experience curve in the field of gaseous applications transiting these to non-traditional used technologies and solutions in turf management. This by using applications and products which are brought in from industries not known or used by the traditional suppliers to the turf industry.

Supplier of industrial gas and related applications. Industrial Carbon Dioxide (CO2), a waste gas in the fertilizer and petrochemical industry, can be used for pH management as an environmentally friendly alternative to acids.

Lescrauwaet focusing on environmental and water technologies holds a major portfolio of global players providing assorted avantgarde technologies in the field of water treatment. Examples of these brands are AQUA4D for molecular water structure improvement and Ultra-Oxygen for micro & ultra-fine oxygen bubbles injection.

1980-2015
During this era, I’ve been working in a B2B sales environment in the (Petro-) Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Food Industry. This all against an international environment for the Linde group and Messer Benelux . The products and related hardware always were based on gaseous applications varying from pH control in water management to high purity gases for instrumental analysis. This also concerns the field of related equipment and engineering.
2015-present
My introduction to the turf industry was caused due to my support as co-inventor of the SeeGrow concept, a Linde trademark.
Apart from hard working people and their devotion I was surprised to see that some innovative solutions which were outside this industry well known, not were used or considered in the turf industry. Some of these applications were already used for decades as a proven technology.
Meanwhile the Covid-19 pandemic brought me back to my current consultancy for Messer Benelux. In the addition of my consultancy for Messer Benelux I, recently joined the Lescrauwaet initiative. This opportunity gives me the ideal possibility to make a transition of several industrial used applications to find their way in the sports turf industry and related amenities.
All presented products from Aqua Turf Design are based on durability and environmental footprint saving aspects.
